These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, applications and learning platforms of Industria Elearning, as well as the contracting of its virtual training services: LMS hosting and administration, consulting, custom course development, technical support and related services. By accessing or using our services, you accept these terms.

The specific conditions of each service (scope, timelines, deliverables, prices and payment terms) are set out in the commercial proposals, contracts or service orders signed with each client, which prevail over these general terms in the event of conflict.

To access our learning platforms, users must register with accurate information and keep their credentials confidential. Users are responsible for all activity carried out from their account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed with the institutional client.

Service prices are stated as indicated in each proposal or platform. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Industria Elearning issues payment receipts in accordance with Peruvian tax regulations. Renewal, cancellation or refund conditions, where applicable, are detailed in the specific conditions of each service or membership.

All content on the website and in the courses developed by Industria Elearning (texts, designs, videos, teaching materials, trademarks and logos) is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to Industria E Asociados S.A.C. or its licensors. Its reproduction, distribution or public communication without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Materials developed specifically for clients are governed by the corresponding contract.

Moodle™ is a registered trademark of Moodle Pty Ltd. Industria Elearning is a Moodle Certified Partner in Peru and uses that trademark in accordance with Moodle Pty Ltd policies.

Users undertake not to use the site or the platforms for unlawful purposes, not to breach system security, not to share access credentials, not to extract or redistribute content without authorisation, and not to carry out actions that affect the availability or integrity of the services.

Industria Elearning makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of its platforms; however, it does not guarantee a service free of interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or force majeure. Specific service levels (SLAs), where applicable, are set out in the contract with each client.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Industria Elearning shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the platforms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to users by consumer protection regulations, where applicable.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website, in accordance with Law No. 29733 and its Regulations.

In accordance with Peruvian consumer protection regulations, we make our Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones) available to users. You may request it by writing to ventas@industriae.pe.

Industria Elearning may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this page together with its update date. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the terms in force.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lima, Peru, without prejudice to consumer rights before Indecopi where applicable.
